SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Job Description:

Project Management:
• Providing Telecom network, pre / post project support & extending communication facilities through planning, system design, installation, commissioning, operations &
maintenance of applications concentrating on network products.
• Managing the complete range of project activities right from site survey to installation, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Ensuring the PAC of all the sites installed in the project.
• Overseeing all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.
• Collect key milestone achievement primarily for Networks and compare with base plan (status reports, time and budget).
• Identify, access and analyses risks and issues & register risk analysis
• Define and execute contingency plans, escalate if on critical path, resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication
• Project management & co-ordination with Class-A vendors & Operator

Operational & Maintenance:
• Hands on Planning Experience in different SDH, DWDM, OTN, MPLS-TP Equipment
• Network operations of ISP Transmission Network like SDH, DWDM, OTN, PTN (MPLS-TP) Carrier Ethernet network built up and Operations.
• Preventive Action development and implement to maintain and continually improve different network KPIs
• Analysis of network Health Checkup and implementation measures for O&M.
• OSP Operations in line with SLA /KPI & Customer governance meeting.
• Regional Operational excellence & Cost optimizations for improvement in efficiency.
• Conduct Audit and to improve performance and profitability improvement planning.

Network Planning, Organizing and Problem Solving:
• Mapping client’s requirements & architecting customized telecom solutions, building Transport networks based on technologies like PTN, Ethernet, DWDM, OTN, and SDH, LTE, Microwave as applicable to Clients requirements.
• Global Project Plan to deliver the transport network solution, Network planning & Implementation.
• Responsible Network operations & Managed services to include NOC & Operational & Maintenance to meet SLA.
• Plan on cost effective transmission solution for capacity and traffic routing.
• Looking after BOQ part for new rollout and optimization.

 

OPERATIONS AND ACCOUNT MANAGER (SALES-INDOOR)

Job Description:

  • To manage the Company’s daily operations and to ensure a smooth operation in the academy.
  • To overlook and manage the Company’s marketing activities, especially in social media related activities.
  • Communicate, recruit and activate students
  • To assist in generating leads (database) for local and international market (Doctors, Nurses and Beauticians) for specific training programs.
  • To manage, maintain & update the lead’s database that was generated.
  • To prepare and / or update necessary templates to assist in student recruitment exercise.
  • To communicate and follow-up with the leads / enquiries by way of replying their email enquiries, postings on FB, text message, phone calls, etc.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • To have thorough knowledge in using Microsoft Office, especially email system (Outlook) and Windows.
  • To have thorough knowledge in drafting and replying emails, customer service and must possess a responsible working culture PROFESSIONALLY.
  • To have thorough knowledge about the use of Search Engines, Facebook and Social Media for searching leads, replying enquiries and collaboration.
  • Knowledge in International and local online payment system, including local educational funds will be an added advantage including PDPA regulations.
